It won't install
Harmony needs its own Python 3.9, and macOS ships the installer as a script. Both are covered step by step.

"Activation limit reached"
Your licence is already active on another machine. Open the tool → License → Return License on that machine, then activate here.
Machine gone for good? Recover it yourself — no waiting for us.

Changing computers?
Click Return License before you format or replace the machine. A wiped machine leaves the activation stranded and only we can clear it.

Who you're writing to¶
Octo Tools is built by Erich Vilela, an independent developer based in Brazil, working in animation production since 2012.
He was 2D Rig/Builds Supervisor at Titmouse (2022–2026), leading build teams of up to 15 artists, and works as 3D Artist and Pipeline TD on series for Glitch Productions and Studio Moshi. His credits as an artist include Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Agent Elvis, Hit-Monkey, Haunted Hotel, Mulligan and America: The Motion Picture.
So when you write about a rig that won't compose or an export that drifts, you are writing to someone who has shipped shows on a deadline and knows what you mean.
Octo Tools is an independent product, developed and owned independently of any studio or production named above. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
Payments and invoices¶
Purchases are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller on record, issues your invoice, and handles payment methods and taxes. For a card decline, a duplicate charge or a missing invoice, Creem can resolve it directly and faster. For refunds, write to us — refunds follow the terms in the EULA.
Your privacy¶
We only use what you send us to answer you: your name, email and message, plus — when you arrive from a link inside one of the tools — the product, its version, your operating system and your Machine ID. The Machine ID is what lets us find your licence and free a stuck activation; it identifies a machine, never a person or a file you worked on.
